Balancing Techniques for Our PSYCH-K® Sessions
New Direction Balance: Using the Whole-Brain Posture to balance for a goal statement or to transform the perception of a stressful situation.
Resolution Balance: Designed to integrate the two hemispheres of the brain in a way that creates a Whole-Brained State in relation to the desired goal statement.
Transform the Perception of a Stressful Situation Past, Present or Future: Using the Whole-Brain Posture to neutralize any stressful situations that you have or will perceive.
Verbal and Non-Verbal Rapport Balances: Oftentimes people have different ways of communicating with others. For example, some people are visual people and others may be kinesthetic (feeling) or auditory. At times we may feel that we are not being heard or that others think we are speaking another language! These balances help us get on the same page so we can really listen and hear others speak (both verbally and non-verbally). When our verbal and non-verbal messages agree, we are said to be congruent and our communication is more effective.
Belief Points Balance: We will test 12 Belief Points on the body and their goal statements. We will also use Energy Focusing to prioritize our system’s energy. This is a powerful balance and can integrate several goal statements at once.
Core Belief Balance: An efficient way to discover and change ‘core beliefs’ that may be blocking you from achieving your desired goals in life. It includes 13 pairs of belief statements that represent basic, vital issues.
Relationship Balance: Designed to deepen the understanding between two people by identifying and transforming the issues that challenge them. It can be used with couples, friendships, parent/child, or any other relationships. It encourages a Whole-Brain State whenever one sees, hears or feels the presence of the other. This balance is super impactful! (Must be done in person)
Life Bonding Balance: The trauma of birth and the fear of death are two powerful aspects of human existence. This balance utilizes breath as a means of reprogramming any limiting impact of these influences in our lives. You will learn to transform stress associated with your experience of birth and your perception of death. This is done while lying on one’s back.
These practices facilitate transformational change.
